a company founded in 1995, whose headquarters are in Leysin,
is represented by the associate manager Eliane Hubert.
Our principal activity is general business management related
to all the buildings manufactured by Lombois SA.
We also deal with:

LAND ACQUISITION
In close co-operation with various partners (estate agents,
owners, Communes), we search for building sites for clients
who appoint us to develop them on their behalf.

FINANCING
According to your budget, we establish a financial plan
taking into account the communal taxes and the funds available.
This document is necessary to obtain finance from a bank
of your choice.

CONTACT WITH LOCAL AND DIFFERENT AUTHORITIES
We ensure that your project is in accordance with current
planning regulations. The proposal to obtain a construction
permit is made by Lombois, relieving the client of any
administrative work.

PARTNERSHIP WITH THE SUBCONTRACTORS
Your project is outlined in a General Business Contract
which specifies all the services and technical details
of the construction.
Also mentioned is the payment schedule according to the
progress of the work, the time of handing-over of the
keys and the budget :
The client makes his choice of internal fitting
(flooring, wall, kitchen, bathrooms, and electricity).
When a special choice incurs additional cost, this will
be invoiced to the client.
The general business contract consists of
three copies, one for the client, one for the bank, one
for the the agent.

QUALITY CONTROL
The client is assured of quality.
The houses are built in accordance with Swiss and
SIA standards. The constructions are made with quality materials
and the houses are monitored by highly specialized professionals
during each construction step.

- SITE MANAGEMENT
We have been working for several years with the same subcontractors
who know our systems, which results in good cohesion and
teamwork during the period of construction.
All the subcontractors provide a warranty according to
the SIA standard 118. The client can always carry out
some work himself and the total cost will be adjusted
accordingly.

A “TURN-KEY PROJECT”
A “turn-key project” means that after obtaining
the construction permit, building will commence with the
handing-over of the keys within 4 to 6 months. During
this period all the services will be provided by Lombois.
The above-mentioned points ensure the success of the
construction and your full enjoyment of the house.
